ISO9001 quality management system training

In November 2018, the company invited professional teachers from suzhou weimingte enterprise management consulting co., ltd. for a one-day training of iso9001:2015 quality management system.

 

The company from the beginning of the establishment of the pure r & d, to April 2017, easy cable micro company set up their own r & d production department, from r & d, proofing, small test, pilot test, high density active optical fiber array, an important part of the optical fiber array, has mature technology to achieve mass production, and in the industry to obtain a good reputation. 


As the number of personnel increases, there is an urgent need for improvement in management. The interpretation of the iso9001:2015 standard mainly explains the outline of the standard, quality management principles and terms, and the understanding of the 2015 version of the ISO9001 standard. ISO 9001 quality management system is mainly about the main changes in the new version of the quality management system. The quality manual and specific requirements of management representatives are changed from the original eight management principles to seven principles :(1) customer focus; 2) leadership; 3) full participation; 4) process method; 5) improvement; 6) evidence-based decision-making method; 7) relationship management.

Summarize the following 7 points through the training:

1, fully understand the PDCA cycle, is good at using PDCA management plan to have a purpose, a plan should be implemented according to the plan after, after the executive summary, are implemented as a result, according to the execution result to processing (to improve or maintain and form a closed loop), only by constantly found problems in the circulation, problem solving and continuous improvement, enterprises can be improved continuously. 

2. The formulation of introduction strategy and risk management concept strategy is a plan for the development of the enterprise, and is the expectation of the top leader of the enterprise for the development direction of the enterprise. The quality management system must conform to the strategic goal of the enterprise and improve the competitiveness of quality. Strategic management process through strategic action (strategy formulation), strategy implementation, strategy evaluation and control. As for risk, it refers to the influence of uncertainty. For the identification and analysis of the internal and external environment of an enterprise, SWOT analysis method, namely Strength (competitive advantage), Weakness (competitive Weakness), Opportunity (external Opportunity) and Threats (external threat), can be used for analysis, so as to identify risks, formulate countermeasures and seize opportunities.

The communication described in the 2015 quality management system is that: the organization shall determine the internal and external communication related to the quality management system. Especially in the internal, communication is not only the process of finding and solving problems, but also the process of interpersonal communication. In particular, the communication between departments needs to be more positive and less dissatisfied. The purpose is to solve problems, not to evade responsibilities. The five elements of communication: 1. What to communicate, 2. When to communicate, 3. With whom to communicate, 4. 

4, control of the document information control of the document information activities have the following kinds: (1) distribution, access (refers to the access to the document of the permission, authorization and allow to access and modify written information), retrieval and use; Storage and protection, including maintaining readability; (3) change control (such as version control, especially old and new drawings to replace the version to be clearly identified, so as to avoid misuse); (4) retention and disposal. 

5, seven quality management principles from the previous eight quality management principles into seven: (1) customer focus, (2) leadership, (3) full participation, (4) process methods, (5) improvement, (6) evidence-based decision-making, (7) relationship management. 

6. Weaken the requirements of quality manual and procedure document. The quality manual and procedure document no longer have requirements for quality manual and documented procedure, and pay more attention to the validity of required documents; Standards are more flexible, but it is harder for companies to manage them themselves. 

7. Attach importance to the role of leadership and the participation of all staff. In a word, through this training, I have a deeper understanding of quality management. In the future work according to our company's situation, can better service company.
