Founded in 2021, Suzhou InnovSemi Co., Ltd. is a Sino-foreign joint venture and technology start-up company that founded by a team of returned European doctors.

Company headquarter is in Suzhou Industrial Park.Suzhou InnovOpto Co., Ltd(a high-tech enterprise), is a wholly-owned subsidiary, which is located in Changshu High-Tech Zone.

At the same time, there is a R&D center in Belgium.

The core technology of InnovSemi is high-speed optoelectronic integrated chips and high-density optical engines which are suitable for data centers based on the silicon-based optoelectronic hybrid integration platform. This is the core technology to achieve 800G/1.6T integrated high-performance optical modules in data centers.

InnovSemi has built a high grade clean process room, which is our development and production site.
